Re-scheduling was easy thanks to his prompt responses and communication. The project was to remove an old dishwasher and to install a new one. Removing the dishwasher seemed to be impossible because it was custom built-in one. However, he patiently tried it with his idea, and finally took it out without damaging its surrounding panels and top. Putting a new one was also challenging (again, it is custom built-in cabinet and counter), but he finally made it. Even though the job was very difficult, he showed his positive attitude all the times without complaining. We believe we were very lucky to have him for our dishwasher project. We sincerely appreciate his effort and patience!!

Very communicative throughout the entire reservation process. We signed a professional contract and he made adjustments to it due to my scheduling difficulties. Came at 530pm to and worked till 930pm to get the work done the day the equipment was ready to be installed.

Excellent service for a reasonable price

What I thought would be a simple garbage disposal change out turned into a 3 hour ordeal. My pipes had rusted under the sink. Dwayne kindly went to Home Depot in rush hour and came back with a new pipe and installed it. He’s a very nice guy. $150 for garbage disposal change out. I paid $100 extra for the additional 2 hours.
