Arron did a wonderful job replacing two sections of rotting wooden fence at my home. He scheduled the work within a few days, showed up on time, worked steadily, took great care in his work, and cleaned up all the old fence pieces. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and with his professionalism--the price was very reasonable. I plan to hire him for additional projects.

I can’t say enough great things about Waypoint Design & Build! They did an excellent job repairing our wooden fence, repainting our iron fence, and repairing the cracked plaster on the exterior of our pool.
The quality of their work was outstanding, but what really impressed us was their communication, professionalism, follow-through, and attention to detail. They consistently kept us informed, followed through on everything they promised, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Waypoint Design & Build to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service!

Wood Fence Repair
I hired Arron Barajas, the owner of this company, to repair my back yard fence. I was quoted a price of $300 for a 3-hour job to repair the fence per Mr. Barajas. The job was completed in approx 30 minutes and I was still charged the $300. He decreased the price to $250 after I complained about the price. $250 for a 30 minute job equates to $500/hr without taxes since check made out to him personally. Pretty good payday, more than probably all the people reading this. Customer service and morality are unfortunately absent these days. Customer beware...

"The agreed price for the fence repair was $300 which the client accepted prior to work beginning. I provided an estimated timeframe of 1-2 hrs , my pricing is based on scope of work not the time spent. The repair was completed efficiently in under an hour, i walked the project with homeowner i also addressed additional issues at no extra charge. At the time of payment i provided a $50 discount bringing the total to $250 which the homeowner accepted and chose to pay. The concern appears to be related to the time required to complete the work. However , the service was completed as agreed , and approved on site after he inspected the repair. As a gesture of good faith i am willing to offer an additional $50 refund to resolve this matter. I cannot agree to a $150 reimbursement."

Deck or Porch Repair
I called Waypoint Design & Building LLC for some repairs around the house, and this guy was fantastic from the moment he showed up. He actually arrived a little early, which I
really appreciated because I m always running on a tight schedule.
He was super professional the whole time knowledgeable about what he was
doing, polite, and really good at explaining things. He walked me through
the problems, gave me options, and made sure I felt comfortable with the
plan before starting.
The quality of his work was excellent. He handled several different repairs
efficiently, made clean and effective fixes, and got everything done
successfully in one visit. No loose ends, no issues popping up later just
solid, reliable work that I can tell will last.
If you re in the San Antonio area and need a dependable handyman, I highly
recommend this guy. I ll definitely be calling him again for future
projects!

He did an excellent job installing the hanging shelves in our garage. Everything was done properly and securely. He completed the entire job in just a few hours and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. The whole process was smooth and professional. My fence was leaning and detached from the post, Aaron fix in less than 15min, but also, fix a couple more that were about to detached. I would hire him again if I have another repair or any upcoming projects.

I hired Aaron and his crew to repair a botched concrete work job by another contractor. I was immediately impressed with Aaron's expertise as he offered solutions for a longer lasting driveway extension and an explanation of why the previous concrete work failed. Him and his crew were timely, used quality materials, and communicated well throughout the entire project. I was very happy with the finished job so much that I hired Aaron for several other projects in our home like a built in bookshelf, electrical work, and woodwork in our bathrooms.

Wood Fence Repair
I highly recommend Waypoint Design and Build! He’s worked on multiple projects for us, including redoing our floors , repairing our fence, and fixing our garage door opener. Every time his quality has been outstanding. He’s a true professional- very detailed oriented and takes a lot of pride in his work. You can really see the difference in the finished product.
