I have used Mr. Stanley in the past on smaller projects with decent results. He was a great guy, treated me fairly in the past so I asked him if he wanted or had the ability to attempt a complete interior remodel of a small 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse of about 1900 square feet, on Wrightsville Beach, NC. Demolish the kitchen counters, remove cabinets, install all new appliances, bathrooms, cabinets, remove carpet and install floating hardwood floors, new fixtures, paint complete inside, some carpentry work etc etc. He jumped on it but after just the majority of the painting, most fixtures had been hung and the hardwood floors still not completed the 2 draws totaled $10,000 which was MUCH MORE then I should have paid him. He wanted $5000 more to continue and said if I didn't pay him He would quit!!! I said no more money, so he just walked off the job, left a huge mess, would not return my keys and acted just like a 2 year old!!! I asked him over and over for the invoices which he could not produce and come to find out he was charging me by the hour!!! Very, very disappointing because I liked Mr. Stanley. I called a friend of mine who is a contractor in Raleigh who has been at my place. H told me Mr. Stanley didn't do $7000 worth of work and the quality is simply terrible!!! I would be leary of Mr. Stanley on any kind of project he can't handle himself!!! What I asked him to do was more than he could handle but instead of admitting it, he just stayed around and tried to bill me for being there!!! No love loss between us!!!

Mr. Wade of Ways Building and Maintenance Service called me right away and scheduled an appointment. He showed up early and completed the project within an hour. I would recommend him to anyone and I'm going to use him again for some other projects I plan on having done.

Showed up on time.Did just what he said he would the way he said he would. Very good at what he does. Hired him for two other jobs while he was here. Will be my first call moving forward.

Very impressed with swift response and completion time. Called on Friday and needed job completed by Tuesday. Keith stopped by on Saturday and completed work on Sunday. Super impressed.

He did something that VERY UNIQUE in today's business climate. When presenting Me with the final invoice it was 30% "LOWER" then the original quote!! VERY RARE & MUCH APPRECIATED!! Responded to my request promptly. Assesses quickly and able to schedule the repair in a timely manor. Also able to repair to outdoor faucets while there. Greatly appreciated !

Keith was always prompt and kept me advised well ahead of time of the proposed schedules. He was also willing to advise me regarding additional work that I determined needed to be performed.

Keith did an excellent job of replacing the tile on the floor of our master bath and installing safety bars. Worked extremely hard and was very conscientious about "doing it right"
