I hired Millie to appraise my house before putting it on the market. The written appraisal I received was very thorough and professional, but I thought the value she came to was a little too high. Silly me...she was right on target. Most of the offers I received on the house were within $2-3 thousand of her valuation. She is definitely worth checking out!

I made a mistake about who had to order appraisal when i was applying for HOTEC. I contacted her before she filed anything and still charged 250$ although nice and professional i thought $250 for taking a couple of pictures and 20 minutes at my house was a bit over the top. I would of paid 100-125 but 250 for basically nothing is CRAP
