Mr. Ali responded promptly, made appointment at a time convenient for me, showed up on time, completed the repair correctly, and was very friendly. What more could you want?

Very disappointed. When I spoke to the repair person I indicated that I thought the compressor was bad since I had a similar experience years ago with a refrigerator. He said no it wasn't the compressor, that the relay starter was bad. He replaced the starter and I called and reported it still wasn't cooling. He said he would return and look at it. As it got closer to the time he texted me saying he spoke with his supervisor and the compressor was bad. This after I already invested $260 in replacing a part I shouldn't have needed replaced.

My dryer broke mid-cycle. We Fix Appliances called me within seconds of requesting a quote and came to my home the next day to evaluate the problem. Initially the needed part wasn't available, but these folks kept searching till they found the part and got me up and running the next day. I highly recommend them and would absolutely hire them for any future appliance needs.

This company came out and advised the ice maker needed to be replaced. Paid $60 for the call and gave the go ahead to order a new one. He said, on July 24, that it would be here the following Monday. I have heard nothing from them since. Would not use again or refer.

I noticed the fridge/freezer was broken on Monday evening and Samair Ali came on time the next day. He took the $60 check and said he needed to order a part. He texted me the next day "Hello there. I have a question." but did not follow up when I responded. I called, he answered, and hung up on me. I've left messages once a day for the last 3 days. Maybe he'll call me back tomorrow?

Ali from We Fix Appliances came to my home for a washer repair. My initial communications with him went well and he appeared very professional and responsive. However, he turned out to be unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. He misdiagnosed the problem with my washer, had me buy a part that did not need to be replaced and then he did not come back to complete the repairs after agreeing to a specific day and time. When I called to follow up, he told me he was 15-20 minutes away but never showed up. I have not heard from him since. I feel duped. I had to get a "real" technician to come out and fix my washer. It ended up being a simple fix completely different from what Ali had diagnosed. Needless to say, I will not be using We Fix Appliances for any future repairs.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner.

Samair was extremely polite, efficient, and helpful. When we couldn't find a part for the microwave, he did independent research to discover the model number and part needed, even though GE was of no help whatsoever. He was truly professional in every respect.

Showed up quickly for diagnostic and left with $60 check. Was supposed to get the part and fix the problem the next morning. Contacted him in the afternoon and he said he was 5 minutes from the part store and would call us. He never did. Just put a stop on the check and will find another service. Very poor service or was I scammed?

The company took my call after 7pm, and I spoke with Ali. He said he could make it to my place between 9am - 11am; however, he showed up at 830am and he even called in advance. Prompt and professional. Ali was professional and understood my concerns and needs for getting my freezer assessed and/or addressed. The problem turned out to be the ventilation fan for my appliance. The fridge is 18 years old, and he understood that I need to communicate that there is no value in repairing the appliance so that the insurance company could make a decision. The tech did determine that there was no benefit to repairing the appliance after all.

S. Ali was our technician and he was wonderful. he knew all about our make and model of our dryer and knew exactly what to do and where to go in the dryer to fix the problem. The dryer is working great! Ali was very friendly and explained everything perfectly.

Ali was excellent. He responded quickly and set up an appointment with equal quickness. I appreciated the fact that he went beyond what was asked of him and found a solution to our dryer problem. he certainly saved us a trip from an electrician. Great job!

He was supposed to fix a refrigerator ice maker problem. The fix did not work. I called him and he said he would come back to the house and try and fix it again. He was a no show. I tried to call him 3 times and had to leave voicemails. I emailed him twice with no response. Then, HomeAdvisor called him. He answered, HomeAdvisor started to relay the problem I was having in contacting him and, incredibly, he hung up on HomeAdvisor. Also, he never emailed me a copy of my receipt.

Very impressed with their customer service. Ali was awesome and we will use him for other appliance needs. He kept in touch to let us know what was going on, returned calls and let us know when he would arrive. He was prompt in getting our washer fixed. Love this company and Ali!
