Ben came the same day I called. He is knowledgeable and was patient and clear in helping me understand my options. He would have done the repair (replace the operator) the same day, but I wanted to order the parts myself from Amazon Prime. John came the day after I called back and was professional and personable. He is experienced and was quick with the installation. He took the time to explain the operation of our new opener as it was quite different with programming and use of an outdoor keypad. He took the old parts so I didn’t have to deal with disposal of them - including the long rail.

Josh and his helper were great. He reviewed what i needed and gave me an estimate. He went above and beyond trying to make sure the job was complete that day and it was a big project.

The spring broke on our double garage door on a Saturday evening with both of our vehicles trapped inside. WeFixIt came out on Saturday evening and installed a temporary spring so that we can use our door until the permanent part they had to order arrives. Highly recommend their services!
