Mark gets a 5--worked hard-he was by himself. Schedulers get a 1-no sense of distance between jobs & stillsent him here with a nearly full trailer twice!

They sort of tried to delay service by a day; I re-negotiated with them to please come the day as contracted and they did! It was a late day for them (we helped a bit) but it's a good thing because their truck was f.u.l.l. when they left. Be sure to begotate with the guys on the ground regading space on the truck relative to the amount of stuff you have to give away. Nice fellas.

Mark was the only person that carried out a huge head board from my 2nd floor & hauled it away. I was actually expecting for Mark to have some kind of assistance. I found him very professional & polite. You bet I would use him again.

This was my first time using Home Advisor and couldn’t be more pleased. We bought a bagster but we’re a 1/4 mile outside their pick up zone. I was highly irritated because now I had a bag of old garage garbage sitting on my tree lawn and nowhere for it to go. Kristin and her crew were amazing. She called me the very next day after looking on Home Advisor and scheduled a pick up up for later the same week. She quoted me over the phone which was nice. Came home from work on the scheduled pick up day and the job was done. Their price and customer service was head and shoulders above the rest of the competition. They were 1/3 of the price of 3 of the other junk haulers, timely and Kristin was great to work with over the phone. I will recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste you time with Bagster or any of the other haulers - this crew will not let you down! Thanks again Kristin - I will continue to recommend y’all for everything!

I can tell you if this is the type of professional service that you get on HomeAdvisor then what's the difference between you guys and Craigslist? Few points: 1. I should have known when you gave me an estimate over the phone. 2. Didn't have a mat but you guys sure did find the money in the grill and you guys didn't even have the courtesy to leave a receipt 3. You didn't even let me know you had done the job or that you had even been by 4. When you got there and realized it was more than you could handle you should have called me and either rejected the job or we should have renegotiated another price ...not a very positive experience.

Very pleased with this company. I was contacted instantly and Heather was very helpful. The men who were removing junk items were very courteous and they cleaned up after. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
