I could not ask for a more professional person. Guy was wonderful, pleasant, and very easy to understand. There were times I didn't and he would break it down so I could understand. As our world continues to rely heavily on tech/internet, understanding how to set this all up can be overwhelming. I do consider myself more tech savvy, but there are certain things I simply can't do and there is where Guy comes in. Over 2 hours, we reviewed my complex system, set up specific channels and priorities for the over 100 devices we have connected to our wi-fi. He also supplied a well documented "what we did" report that I can use as a reference point which also included reco's to make the system more efficient. That will take me some some, but at least I have a playbook to follow. The cost is very reasonable and if you find yourself like us where I couldn't figure out why my Roku TV picture looked like a 1974 13 inch tube tv, its worth the investment. I consider it a tune up plus teaching lesson that will help you.
