"I was first contacted by my customer on 12/20/18 to schedule work to be performed on 1/9/19. We walked the job with the customer to the initial work that was contracted by a real estate transaction that was closed in November. During the consultation with the customer, she indicated that they had another issue they were battling with a water leak. She said that water was penetrating through a pipe that was coming out from the foundation wall in their basement. The foundation wall where the pipe was coming out had a tar-like substance that covered the whole area of the wall. We questioned the customer about it, but the customer said they only."
