Weatherguard replaced the underlaiment beneath our tiled roof, which was over thirty years old and in terrible shape. From identifying the issue to setting a reasonable price to getting the work done and cleaned up, George and his team were outstanding: he delivered on everything heâ d promised, and more! His team worked hard, putting in solid 14 hour days in the Vegas summer, and they were always professional, productive, and considerate. The result was pretty much perfect: George made sure of that. Whenever we had questions or concerns, George was quick to respond. We never felt pressured, and always felt like we were the top priority. We couldnâ t be happier with our experience and we highly recommend Weatherguard.

Installed (estimated) 30 squares new shingles (29 used) Pros: â ¢ Responded the same day we called for an estimate â ¢ On time to start work after some rain delays â ¢ All roof work completed in 2 days â ¢ Materials delivered to rooftop when they said they would be â ¢ Owenâ s-Corning Oakridge shingles used were a quality product â ¢ Most damage to fascia and slatted eaves (aluminum & wood) was repaired and painted â ¢ Cleaned up debris in my neighbor's yard â ¢ Liked using a smaller local company â ¢ George Bishop is very personable Cons: â ¢ No Veteran or Senior discounts offered â ¢ Foreman was hardly around since he had several other projects going â ¢ Owenâ s-Corning nailing pattern shown on all shingle bundles of 1----2-3----4-5----6 was not used, speed nailing only. Some full shingles received less than 6 nails â ¢ Holes in slatted eaves were not covered with metal as verbally promised â ¢ Some aluminum Drip Egde has some rippling â ¢ Skylight interior spackle repair was not completed as promised â ¢ Their cleanup took about a week to complete â ¢ Had to point out and send pictures of additional cleanup required â ¢ Weatherguard Construction was not listed as one of the 18 local companies to use on the Owenâ s-Corning website Conclusion: â ¢ I rate them a B minus (B-) because several â bait and switchesâ occured in the initial price negotiation. First it was $18.8K w/$0 down, then +/- $500, then $19.3K, then 1/3 down, then wanted paid in CASH. â ¢ George is definitely a good salesman. Additionally, he does what he says he will do but you have to ask. â ¢ He left it up to me to get the swimming pool debris cleaned up and AC units (2) condensation lines replumbed. He had me pay for that work and then deducted that from what I owed him. â ¢ Price estimate was not the highest or lowest of the bids I received.

Highly recommend Weatherguard Construction! I had them do my roof and paint my house. George was super friendly and came out and helped me pick out and design the colors for both and it turned out great! Couldn't be happier!!!

The old asphalt shingle roof on my house and detached garage were in need of replacement. George Bishop discussed the options and made recommendations for a product that would last, and endure the winds experienced in the south part of the LV valley. The removal of the old roofing and installation of new materials moved along without delay.. I am very pleased with their workmanship and the finished product. A number of my neighbors have also given a 'thumbs up'. I would recommend Weatherguard Construction for your roofing needs.

George and his crew were very efficient. On time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, a thorough job from start to finish. Our house needed to be re-stuccoed and painted. We received 6 bids. George was right in the ball park, but explained the process in a way that we felt comfortable with the work that needed to be done for the price. We are very satisfied with the work that they did. Would recommend WeatherGuard to anyone who has a need to make their house look like new again.

Extreme easy to work with and very professional work

George did an excellent job on our patio roof. We discussed all the possibilities and the best type of roof when he came out to give me an estimate. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They removed the old roof and installed the new one without a hitch. Cleaned up and disposed of all debris. George was out to inspect the roof and make sure everything was completed per our agreement shortly after the job was completed. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and would hire WeatherGuard Construction again.
