Saraphina is such a kind and hilarious person! She truly brought some light to our home not just by helping us tidy but also by being so kind to those around her. Our home has been kind of crazy town since having a newborn and she is coming biweekly to help us maintain a home that wonâ  t drive me nuts and is safe for our little one! She did such an amazing job cleaning I literally donâ  t think Iâ  ll ever be able to do as good of a job myself!

Jeff made everything super easy for us! As new, young homeowners, we didn't really have a clue as to what to do after our 40-year-old (original to the house!) AC unit died. Jeff had really good reviews here, so we reached out to him for a quote. He came out to look at our unit quickly, told us we needed a bigger unit anyway (which made sense--when the thing DID work it couldn't keep the house below 78 or so), and quoted us a very good price for AC, furnace (also 40 years old), and humidifier. His quote was much less, and higher SEER than other companies were quoting, which was awesome. He also made sure to set up our Ameren rebate and all that jazz. As for the service itself, our AC has been great--Jeff and his team did a great job--and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everything was set up pretty badly in our house to begin with (the original builders used random bricks and wood and stuff to cover holes in the floor?!), but it all looks really professional now. TL;DR: Jeff is very knowledgeable, provides excellent service, and is easy to communicate with (he answers all our naive questions without being condescending), so we'll definitely be using him for all our handyman services going forward. Seriously, don't even bother calling anyone else.

Fantastic service! Arrived timely and did a great repair job as well as providing a quote for future work.

Originally I called Jeff for determining the problem with my A/C unit. It was not blowing cold and intermittently blew hot air. Jeff arrived very soon and on time. Within minutes he determined my compressor was intermittent and did not always start up, Jeff determined system was also very low on Freon and had a leak. Jeff gave me a few options for a repair, however I chose the complete replacement option he offered due to my inside coil had a lot of rust and possibly was the source of the leak. Jeff was able to get the new system very quickly and was able to schedule a good time for me to do the install. He was very knowledgeable and was able to install the new complete system in a very timely manner. Jeff and his assistant was very friendly and professional. After the job was completed they cleaned up like they were never here. My new system is better than the original, much higher efficiency rating and works excellent. I would suggest him to all my friends and family. I would highly recommended Jeff for the great job he did.

Jeff called me within 2 minutes of my request to Home Advisors. He arrived within an hour due to cancellation of another appointment. Explained everything he checked and did, got the A/C running, and explained how to maintain it. No matter what the problem is - A/C or not - I will call Jeff first since he/his company provides various services. That's how much I trust him.
