Came out the day before the Blizzard to assess and repair my leaking skylight. Too much snow on roof from prior clipper system to get on the roof. They allowed that to melt and came back the next morning (hours before the big storm) to secure a tarp over the skylight. A perfect stop gap until the weather allows me to replace the skylight. Can't thank them enough!!

Hard to evaluate the work done except based on the results. Had vent pipe(s) leaking And a wet attic when it rained. Called WRS&D, spoke to a nice guy, had the repair done the next day. Have had one rainstorm since and no apparent leaks. Rated only 3 stars because the guy I spoke with when scheduling promised me two things I never got: 1) pictures of the vents showing their condition prior to the repair, and 2) a detailed invoice indicating what was fixed and my warranty information. I've called and emailed to follow up on both with no success. Assuming I see no more leaks I'll be satisfied.

Subsequent to that I had further communication with them., and realized that there had been a misunderstanding on my part that resulted in my dissatisfaction with their service. They returned to perform further service for which I am extremely satisfied. I apologize for my part in the misunderstanding.

They didn't just try to sell me a new roof. They did some window caulking for a very fair price and that stopped the leaking. They came the same day I called (a Saturday). Will definitely call them again whenever I have a roof leak.

A+++ experience!!! The installations were performed quickly and professionally. I initially had the front gutters replaced. I was so impressed with the installation that I decided to get the rear gutters replaced also. I am very pleased and will be using them for other services.

good work, but came in 1.5 - 2 hours late, was explained to a older style skylight with 2x4, but lately found out we getting something different on the spot, but it is a nice skylight, same concept, but better with buildin "2x4", little worried at first, but happy after all, very nicely done, thx
