Weathersby Guild was hired by a contracted military moving company (TSP) to conduct an objective assessment of items damaged during a USAF military move. Instead of factually reporting information which was provided to them - which included written reports by the TSP supervisor that they broke household goods during the move - the Weathersby Guild employee misrepresented the information which cast the TSP and movers in a positive light; the result was a negative impact on the DoD member and a loss of household / furniture goods without reimbursement. Weathersby Guild was NOT objective or military friendly - take your business elsewhere!

Great customer response. Hard to get service companies in this area to respond or follow through when appointments made but this company was very responsive. Would use again!! Tech that came out was very professional

I had a dining room table repaired. I is now fully functional and back in daily use with no problems at all. The work was completed at our home in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous!

They are not timely. Process takes very long and you are on their schedule not yours no matter how much advance notice you give them. They are also not responsive to emails, texts, or phone calls.

They were very professional and on time with each appointment and delivery. I had them take an Oak table and chairs and paint them white. Overall the product looks great in my kitchen but after it was delivered yesterday and I paid for the work, I have noticed areas that have drips and some rough finish spots. For what we paid I would have expected a bit more attention to the detail work.

Weathersby Guild sent a very professional representive to my home, and returned a short time later with the repaired product. We could not be more than happy and the cost was extremely fair. We will use them in future , plus we have another job coming up. Outstanding , from a retired Hi End furniture store owner.
