Alexander came early which was fine. He assessed both pieces of furniture that needed fixing-a sofa and a recliner. He needed to go to Home Depot to pick up some supplies, but came back in a short time and completed both projects. We are very pleased with his work.

The arm of our reclining love seat had come loose and was nearly falling off. I had contacted Home Adviser on line in search of someone to repair it. I had received a reply from two of the three repair shops that were suggested by Home Adviser, but hesitated to make a decision about which one to contact. The tech from Weathersby took the initiative and stopped by our house and asked if we would made a decision about the repair of the love seat. We decided to take a chance and hired him on the spot. He examined the damaged half of the love seat, gave us a reasonable estimate of the cost, which we accepted, and took the half of the love seat love with the broken arm with him that day. This was on Monday afternoon, November 25. He told us that the job would be done by Wednesday, today November. The job was completed as scheduled. I do not remember the techs name. I wish I did. He was friendly, courteous and professional and had the love seat reassembled in less than an hour. I would hire him and his company again in a heartbeat.

Dan Gerritsen was fabulous. He arrived on-time, determined the issue with our electric recliner that had stopped working, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use his services in the future.

Dan with Weathersby Guild did an excellent job repairing and restoring 2side tables that were damaged during shipping. I had been given the option of getting 2replacement tables, and waiting the 6-8 weeks to receive them, or getting a full refund for the cost. I opted for the refund, and then contacted home advisor, met with Dan for the estimate, and had my tables repaired in less than a week! I highly recommend Dan and Weathersby Guild!
