Al, (The owner) was contacted about a small leak from my roof that was installed 19 years ago by Weather Seal and never had any leaks all thoes years until last Saturday. Al personally came out today to inspected the area and found a couple spots likely caused the leak. Not only did he seal the spots with sealant he didn't charge me for the service call.

Mike was wonderful. Showed up on time and was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. And even though he was super busy due to all the rain we had, he made time to stop by at 5:30pm. Not only did he fix the one problem we were having but he checked (and fixed) the entire roof! He did not rush thru the job and he stayed and answered all our questions. We will definitely call Weatherseal when we have other projects. Thank you so much, Mike, for your help. You put us at ease.
