I signed a contract on 11/23/21, notified to call to schedule on 12/15/21-for 2/8/22. I called on 2/4/22 to confirm and verify the date and time. The time came and went with no call (many other companies call to say "We will be there in 30 minutes) and ended up being a no-show). As of 4/28/22, the upstairs bathroom remodel has not been started. I continued to call and text message the company for updates. I even went to the office to speak with one of the owners and a manager and was told the material was in the warehouse, I needed to follow up with the vendor for the bathroom countertop, and they would start the tub conversion in a few days. The tub conversion downstairs was completed the following week without the countertop. They have mentioned many times that they were waiting on a piece for the countertop from the vendor (it is an all-in-one with sinks). On 4/22/22, I met with the owner to discuss the lack of communication, scheduled the countertop for the downstairs bathroom, and the owner put the electrician on speakerphone to come out on 4/27/22-again, no contact and no-shows for both items. Now it has been three months since the original installation date and five months since the date of the signed contract. I have rescheduled and delayed other home projects due to the delay in these two projects: removing carpet, moving furniture to install carpet, and installing the carpet. A lack of due diligence has delayed the sale of the home.

Sign contract with them and communication stopped, phone numbers are changing, we have no idea of what is going on since they had no communication with us

They are unresponsive, they make promises that they do not keep, they are unreliable and I do not think they are untrustworthy

These people at Weather-Sealed Wisconsin (formerly DBA Eco view Windows) are NOT amazing; they are crooks. They have cheated us not only with windows but several other renovation projects as well. In December 2020, we contracted with them to replace several of our kitchen windows. The largest window over the sink was mismeasured and therefore installed incorrectly over a year ago. None of the interior or exterior finish work for this or the other windows was completed, either. One of the co-owners, Jennifer Hansen, inspected the work and acknowledged that the company was at fault. Yet repeated requests to replace the window or give us a refund have been ignored. As a side note, the BBB of Wisconsin has them under investigation (under the old Eco view name) for failure to perform dozens of their most recent contracts.

We signed with this company last May when it was called EcoView. The sales guy was very nice and said with supply chain issues it would take 10-12 weeks. If I gave a review based on the experience with the sales guy, it would have been 5 stars! Luckily I got full financing and have not had to make a payment, but my existing door is ready to fall. We still do it have a new door and the company has never taken the initiative to reach out with updates. They did not even let us know when the company changed names. We got an email on Feb 9 saying things are almost ready; but when we replied to ask more questions, we did not hear anything back. I am currently waiting for confirmation that my contract will be canceled.

I put a down payment of $9200 for a complete roof, gutters, skylight replacements in December of 2021 and I was told by the salesman (Matthew) that the materials were being ordered. I have tried contacting Matthew, this company via email, phone (608-630-8898 but got the voicemail of Steven Walsh?), and calling the owner Tyler Hansen (608-556-2044), all with no replies. I just want my deposit back if at all possible.

Signed the contract in late October. They have now failed to do the installation on three different dates. Today I asked for my money back!!

I have been waiting since September for my windows and they are still not installed. The company does not communicate well with the customer. I keep being told my windows will be in on different dates and has been going on for a while now. I was told if I take down my review that they would knock off only $1,000 off my bill. This wouldnt be an issue if the company would deliver as I was told they would and now my old windows are getting mold and allowing more cold air into the house. I would not recommend this company.

We contracted with them to get our work done by 1/1/22. They promised, and we made our down payment. Nothing happened. We called and left messages - no reply. We went to their office, doors were locked. One day we were driving by and decided to stop just as receptionist was locking the doors. She was kind enough to follow-up with managers, and we were told they would be there on Monday. Its now Friday - still no communication. Not happy! Richard S. - Sun Prairie

This company took my deposit and has done no work. Was told they would be starting before Christmas. It has been a struggle to even get a phone call or email back since. Feels like a scam since no one has reached back out. Will be reporting to the licensing bureau and BBB if not contacted soon.

Deposit was collected and no work was started . Communication is lacking - quick for the sale and next to nothing after the contract was signed

We had issues with them early on but they have resolved them and they are giving our deposit back. Thank You Home Advisor for your assistance.

Absolutely amazing service all around. The sales gentleman was extremely professional and answered every question throughly. I will hiring them again here soon. I will never go anywhere else and I have friends now who have hired them as well. Thank you for the excellent service!

Great people! Have never had such a better quote from any other company after I had received 5 other quotes! Our consultant was so knowledgeable about the product we wanted and my wife and I were extremely impressed! We highly recommend going with this company for any kind of home improvement!
