The servicemen were very thorough and knowledgeable. They pointed out our deficiencies to me, I was unaware of - no insulation under the floors over the garage, for example, and they cleaned up the premises nicely when they left.

The install crews from weathervane were mostly well informed and efficient. The mini/split system seems to be working well. My only---heads-up with not just this company, but just about everyone now a days is that I do not text. (Dexterity issue) So I was not always "in the loop".

I had an excellent experience with Stephanie, Tim, and Spencer during the installation of my mini split system. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly and communicative. They took the time to explain how the installation process would work and made sure I understood all the benefits of swtiching to the system. I felt well informed and supported. Since the installation, the system has made a huge difference in my hosuehold. The units are quiet, efficient, and give me the ability to control the temperature in all rooms in my household. Not only does it keep the space comftorable by replacing AC's but I've noticed the air quality and drop in my electricity bills are better. I"m grateful for the work this team did and would recommend them toothers. I trust them completely and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future again. Thank you!
