Before you hire this company know exactly what the warranty for installation is and the product warranty is that they offer. They never told us about either and when carpet they sold us started to fail after less than 5 years, they simply told us everything was out of warranty. After several attempts by email, phone message and texts without any answers we decided to do our own research. First, we found out the installation warranty they offer is only for one year, so if your carpet fails after less than 5 years like ours you are out of luck. It?s interesting though that many other companies like Carpet Mill who offer a 10 year installation warranty as well as several others who actually offer lifetime installation warranties. We also found out the carpet we bought has a 20 year warranty. So beware if you buy carpet from these guys be informed of what warranties they offer, anything less than 10 years on installation should make you consider if you want to do business with them.

Great experience. We were shown several options and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each. After several estimates, weaver carpets had the best. Installation was great. They were super professional and were able to point out things that were unusual in our older home.

He thoroughly explained options, answered all my questions and was even willing to offer his honest opinion with an explanation, after I asked for it. He even helped with some advice for our entire project, not just the carpet.
