I had a leak and assumed it was due to bad valley flashing. Ricky could have quoted valley replacement and all that entails. Instead, he knew it was just some bad boots at the vent penetrations so that's what he quoted. MUCH less than I assumed. He did more than he promised, I will look to him when I need to replace the roof .

Mr. Weaver came out the same day I called him, did am evaluation of my project, came back within 45 min with help and completed my project . cost was within reason and provide information on why I needed a roofer to completed the project. He left some materiel just incase I need another roof patch work.

Rick Weaver and his crew did an excellent job for a very good price! Customer service also excellent, kept appointments, on time, called with updates if anything changed. Ricky educated us on what was needed and what was not, he made excellent recommendations, provided addresses of other homes he had recently done for us to look at colors on a complete roof, rather than just a post card sized sample of shingles. Ricky Weaver did a very thorough repair on my roof. He follows up very well and is highly competitive on pricing. I will use Ricky for any roofing needs in the future. Highly recommend. Update Oct 2017. I had a challenging leak that was hard to determine the source. Ricky came out several times, but after the 4th visit he pretty much gave up. I contacted him several times over the last 6 weeks and he promised to come out by the end of the week, but never showed up.

In the beginning we had multiple roofers with several ways to repair the problem and various price levels. Ricky Weaver was the only roofer that pointed out a existing problem that all the other roofers missed. In my opinion that's how you build trust and customer service . HE'S OUR ROOFER. This company was amazing and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. We got a complete new roof and they went above and beyond to repair or replace things that couldn't be seen in our original job quote and didn't charge a penny over the original estimate. They were prompt, clean and the price was the best. A very honest and fair family business. I can't say enough good things about them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
