"Danny Weaver, Manager. This job was completed on September 4, 2018. The customer walked around the yard with me and pointed out three areas we needed to improve. After we fixed those areas the customer approved the job, saying everything looked fine. Customer did not call about any other issues so I am confused with what needed to be done."

I call Mr. Weaver a few days before he came to cut the grass to give me a quote on cutting and using the trimmer. I agree on the quote and asked him to go ahead and cut the grass. On the day he came to cut the grass he just used the trimmer in the back yard and said he was finished and needed to get paid. I looked at the front yard and asked him are you going to cut the front yard and he said he only quoted me the back yard. Well I don't know what professional yard maintenance will only quote half the yard and not the whole yard. He did a very poor job because in the back yard he only used the trimmer and did not mow the grass. The front yard after I paid him extra because apparently that wasn't included on the first quote he used the mower and part of the front yard the trimmer. Very unprofessional because around the fence he did not trim the weeds or around the the trees and side of the house. Overal, I was very disappointed and I was planning on hiring him to maintain my yard. At this point I don't dare want him on my yard again.

"At the time of the initial visit I looked and walked through the back yard to prepare a bid to cut weeds. Owner said do not worry about the front yard at this time. The backyard was overgrown with Johnson grass which was about 3-4 feet tall mixed with other weeds. There is no grass in the yard. There are trees laying in the yard, large limbs laying in the yard, and overgrown trees with limbs on the ground. There is a box of junk in the yard. There is a stack of rocks, blocks, and brick stacked in the yard that was concealed by the high weeds; I did not see it until I began trimming the yard. The ground is really muddy due to a large amount of rain in the last two weeks. I told owner that I could not get lawn mowers in the backyard as the mud would bog them down. And debris would damage my equipment. My crew used weed trimmers to trim weeds to four inches. The owner walked to the corner, looked at the back yard, and said everything looked good. Owner then asked about the front yard, I reminded him it was not included in the original bid, but I told him I would mow front yard for $20.00 which he agreed. Owner and wife came out after we finished to pay me. They made no comments about problems with the work we had done."

Charged over a hundred dollars to mow back yard. Did not do any trimming or pick up any mowed grass. My husband ended up mowing it again to get all the places missed.

Very poor quality of workmanship. The way he finished the last ten feet of fence must be redone. Very unprofessional the way he piece medaled the fence. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.
