My major request was to lower, not drop the tree limbs to protect the lawn. That did not happen. In fact, they stuck their haul-off truck up to the axel. He said it would take 2 day, ended up 30 days. Ask and paid for grinding additional stump, did not finish that project. Everything was finished just before Christmas, they were to return and fill the lawn with top soil by January 15. It is currently the end of February and have not returned. I placed two calls to two different numbers on February 22, no return calls. All I want them to do is keep their promise and allow me to cross them off my list. What I don't understand is how they can ignore my requests.

Takes money before the services started. Than he ask for the remaing money before the work is done. If you do not pay him than than threatens to put a lean on your home.

Did half job and never returned

They do not deserve any star at all, I have a convenience store in Sullivan IN, we have given them a contract for snow removal this year for $300.00 each attempt. They came up with $1000 bill for 2 attempts and charging $6.00 per pound for salt and they said they have used 50 pounds of salt, $300. There is no salt cost $6.00 per pound. I have paid them but they are not worth doing business and could face some legal action for overcharging.

They were very knowledgeable and careful of how they handled the trees; they cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away.

I always get something in writing before the work is started, guaranteed in writing for the cost of services.

They are well equipped, very professional good job cleaning up. They showed me their insurance certificate.
