    Had arranged for a lawn aeration the week following sign up for aeration. They did not show up the following week so I called the week after which they advised they were done with aeration for the season. I requested they refund my money for the season since they had not lived up to their commitments. they agreed to refund monies.

    Response from Company:

    Hi Philip, we strongly recommend getting aeration in the Fall. Aerations are much better when they are done after the heat of the season. I do understand your frustration and would love the opportunity to show you how good we can get your lawn looking.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
