First application and 3 weeks later I still had weeds and crabgrass. They came out a second time on July 8, 2019 and claims to have done everything again. I still have weeds and I still have crabgrass.

I called to cancel and they came out anyway and I wasn't home! They were supposed to call the day before and obviously they didn't. They were going to e mail me a contract and didn't. And I can't get anyone to call me back about it.

"Hi Marsha, I do apologize for any miscommunications. We may possibly have the wrong email address as I sent out the prepayment letter on 4/2/19, the day you spoke with Everett. We did receive a call from you on 4/11 (the day the work was done) however during the conversation, we were disconnected. I tried to call you back two times and the number rang and rang and no voicemail picked up to leave a message. Our admin received a voicemail from you on 4/12/19 and attempted to call you back with the same results and no answer. We are not trying to avoid you in any way. We would like to resolve this issue as well. Please call our office at 269-XXXX anytime between 8am and 5pm and we will be happy to assist you!"

Too soon to tell..."the jury is still out on them" They fertilized my lawn twice and the yard looks worse than it did before. Maybe it will take another week... or maybe they didn't use enough fertilizer. I'm also waiting for them to aerate my lawn.
