I have only been with them for a couple of weeks. I had the fertilization done. I also had a bug treatment and fungicide treatment done, which is an extra charge. After about 2 weeks my lawn was full of large yellowing patches, and still had a lot of weeds. I called them and they did come back out and they said they would spray again for weeds, but they would have to charge me again for a second fungicide treatment. At that point, I ask him to leave and got rid of them. To get charged again for the fungicide treatment again was wrong. It seems that their priority is to get you to spend money on all these other treatments, and when they do not work, try to get you to pay for them again.

I just received the 1st application so the verdict is still out on how good Weedman is thus the 3-star rating. So far customer service has been great.

I just had my first service recently. The technician was very professional and courteous. At this time it is too soon to comment on the results however, customer service made it very easy to establish a plan for me and answered my questions.

They have been very good in dealing with so far. They answer the phone and get back t you and let you know when a service has been done. Can't rate their weed control yet since it was only just applied and have to wait a couple of weeks to see how effective it was.

On the first treatment Weed Mans representative took the time to walk with us through our yard and explain what type of treatment we ll receive. He also showed us areas of infestation and grass problems. Previous yard service companies would just write issues on their work statements. We really liked Weed Mans personal touch.
