Weed Man Knoxville

I have had to call him a couple of times and it has always been great. Pretty good value! They do exactly what they say they're going to do exactly when they said they're going to do it.

Treatment results remain to be seen. This is a few months effort by Weed Man. Right now, I am confident they will achieve the results they promised.

After three years and $2700, my lawn is in worse shape. I chose Weedman because they were the one company that said they could treat Nutsedge. That's the one thing they did do but it was never completely removed. At the start, they never came here but "measured" my lawn using maps. Problem areas that were there at the beginning are now larger. They have a recipe for treatment that they follow without regard to individual circumstances. Last year they aerated and there were few plugs indicating poor penetration. The year prior they used a slit seeder which didn't penetrate even after I called them back for a second effort. Maybe they do better for Knoxville customers, but in Oak Ridge they failed. I can't recommend Weedman.

They called me right away, gave me quote over the phone and were significantly less expensive than another place I tried in White Pine. The service tech was professional and friendly and did a nice job.

Prompt reply to my inquiry. Good communication re work to be done, price, and scheduling. Good ideas snd suggestions about job. Technician who did aeration & overseeding was polite, friendly, and did a great job with both tasks. Will use again and happily recommend to others

They got I touch with me by phone before the original appointment and came out to measure the next day. So far, they are great!

Honest, reliable, courteous. Above and beyond in most cases. Only one slight problem, which they remedied without hesitation. Even gave me 25 lbs of grass seed free. Lawn looks better than ever before.

Very happy with the service. So far love the weed guarantee. They have already came an extra time to treat some stubborn weeds at no extra charge!

My lawn looks great. They have done everything they said they would do and everything I have requested. The written quote was sent to my email and was exactly as stated on the phone. I had special request to contact me the day before since I have dogs and they always contact me.

Just started, so difficult to rate, but all looks good so far. Quick to respond to questions.

Based upon initial contact with representative and visit to our home/yard, I think we will be happy with the company; however, we we not begin the service for another couple months. The rep was personable, knowledgeable, did not try to sell us services that were not likely to make a difference, and did not give us a hard sell, in general.

Gave pre-service notification and provided service when the said they would.

So far they have done a great job with my lawn!

I would recommend them and hire them again.
