Will be in litigation soon. Paid $8,300 for a fishpond and now have a hole in the ground with a pile of rocks thrown against deck. Says tear in liner he caused were an act of god or natural disaster. He is dishonest, will not show up to complete. Professional site evaluation for certified pond installer was astonished at total destruction of our property. I have pictures and is unbelievable.
