No integrity. I hired them to do my fall clean up, by the time they came it had snowed so some of the beds were frozen. They said they couldn't get everything due to the frost however there were piles of leaves on my covered patio they could have easily blown out but didn't, When I got the bill it was twice the amount I was quoted which was strange because they did half the work they quoted. They never came back after the first snow melted to finish the leaves they "couldn't get to" I called regarding the price and I agreed due to hard times with covid last year that I would pay the full amount at that time and RiverCity promised they would return in the Spring to pick up the leaves and finish cleaning my yard. Today is May 26 and they have twice said they'd be here and never came. I give up. I am so mad that I paid double the quote upfront for work that never got completed. I have turf in my back yard and a small front yard. I don't even have that much to do to get my yard cleaned up so for a professional outfit to come out would take half hour at best. they never came. they lied about coming, they charged me double what they quoted and did half the work. I would never use them again. So many good companies out there that are honest and hard working. find them and pay a company who cares about the customer they are doing work for and has pride in doing a good job. Rivercity does not care

The crew did what I expected them to do even though it rained.

They came and did what I had requested. I went out and checked the work and was very happy. They cleaned up after finishing the job. I would definitely recommend them.
