The service was awesome. Mr. Outten was very professional and detailed in explaining his findings. He made sure he would find the most reasonable parts needed and the overall service itself was very reasonable and affordable. He will be my handyman for all my projects and repairs.

The provider did the work at a rental property and after 3 days of receiving the invoice we received a text stating that if we do not respond that they would be in contact with their legal services. We run a business and have never dealt with this type of service. I could understand if it had been a week with no communication or form of payment but only after three days they were sending multiple emails and text messages. Poor service and poor customer support. Would not recommend.

He was very courteous and experienced. He spent a good deal of time trying to diagnose the problem because the noise was not there when he arrived.

He was reliable and persistent! Came on a Sunday ! He Came back the next day to try adding Freon to try to get my compressor going! My refrigerator needed a new compressor which would cost about the same as a new refrigerator, . He would not accept payment since he couldn’t fix the problem ! He was like a good friend helps me!

Weeworkx arrived on time, he assessed the washing machine, took the timing mechanism with him to order. He arrived back on Friday, installed the timer and waited for the machine to complete the cycle. He was super polite. I plan to use him again and would highly recommend him to others.
