The repairman that came to my house was very nice; however, I feel like I was overcharged but I was in a bind and had little choice. I would suggest this company to fix problem in the future but I would also caution people to shop around because I think the job done for me could have been less than I was charged

Selected Welborn due to flexibility in scheduling work and the courtesy of their people. Other companies were only interested in payment and booking the installation. The installation was completed in minimal time, the contractor was efficient which allowed me to get back to work earlier than expected. A nice surprise! I could have selected a cheaper installation but Welborn accepted my counter offer over the original estimate which saved me some cash (7%). Welborn was the only garage door company I reviewed on-line with over a 90% satisfaction rating and you DO get what you pay for! Recommend them and would use them again!

I am very pleased with the installation. Rep took the time to explain the operation of the new garage door opener. He was very patient with all the questions and and even took the time to show us what and what not to do to ensure the we get long life out of our new garage door and opener. From the first call when selecting the garage door and opener that we were looking for, even what color would be best, this was a very pleasant experience.

They were on time at my house. He did a good job, but only thing is my concern is the garrage door does not have insulation. Other than that I am happy with their work. Thank you very much.

They initially came out and provided a quote that was best compared to the other contractors so I hired them. The gentleman arrived on time and completed the service quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were willing to give me quote on repair for a client. The quote was needed in an real estate transaction. I am sure the buyer will contact them as soon as he closes.

On time and fixed the opener within an hour. The only drawback was they didn't tell me until they got here that they couldn't program the remote in my car....

Repairs to springs were done quickly after estimate was performed. However, I was not happy that valid discount coupon would not be honored prior to service since I was already getting a "great deal". Of course, I could have refused repair but chose to go ahead with it.

They were very fast to make contact, gave me the quote, and when they discovered that they did not have the correct door in stock, they gave me a much better one for the same price. Great service.

I chose Welborn based on price & best phone response. The phone rep patiently gave detailed answers to all my questions about various options. The guy who did the on-site estimate was less responsive. Ha already had a written estimate, but didn't want to show it, and was not very informative. Maybe he thought it was a done deal, or maybe he's just more of a 'techie' guy. The same guy did the install, only a day later, and so far I am VERY pleased, with 2 reservations. I did not get any product info or printed warranty. The 'warranty' is a note on the receipt. And the almond color is darker than neighbors' almond doors, so ask for samples.

Timely and professional. Identified the problem and completed repair within 30 minutes. Prices for services were a little high, but you get what you pay for.

The service, quality and timeliness is good. Only thing I didn't like is the service charge of $45 just to look at it and give the estimate before fixing the issue. Other people wanted to do without this charge.
