Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
Absolutely terrible experience with Zam Iron Work. We hired them to install a fence, and not only did they damage our brand new bluestone steps by working carelessly and breaking the stonework, but they also took our money and disappeared without completing the job properly. This company is nothing but a scam. They show up, take your money, do a sloppy, rushed job, cause damage to your property, and then refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. After we paid them, they stopped answering calls and messages, leaving us with damaged steps and unfinished work. They act like they are professionals, but the reality is they have no idea what they are doing. They completely ruined our property and ran off with our hard-earned money. DO NOT trust this company with your home or business. They are unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Stay far away from Zam Iron Work unless you want to waste your time, lose your money, and be left with a bigger mess than you started with.
