He will quote you doing certain work and then turn around and do something else and do work in 1/4 of the time and still charge the same amount of money he is a rip off

"With all do respect maam, you can not expect a company to come out and clean your gutters for $50 for two people, the price you paid is fair and not unethical. And I did not rip you off We agreed an $150 I finished sooner than expected, and being an honest person even went down to $120 for you. How do you expect a company to be a company when u do not want to pay a fair price. Everyone wants licensed and insured but does not want to pay what?s fair. This is the problem with us small companies"

I acquired D. Weldon services to remove a weight bearing wall in my home, in which he did a fantastic job. I hired him again to shingle a part of my roof with many angles; then too, the result was amazing. Derrick grew up with his Contractor father teaching him a good work ethic and how to apply it making people happy by applying his knowledge making broken things wonderful again. He continued learning in the military, and it is obvious when you see him apply his skills. I am extremely satisfied with both job outcomes and will hire him again. I recommend him with full confidence that you will be satisfied with your outcome as well.

Derrick wasnt excited to take my job. Did a terrible job on pressure washing .. I had to ask him to use a soap solution to get clean. So that took 2 hr lunch to go get. He didnt have tools .. wanted my hose , my blower, my electric cords.. left them unraveled and out in rain .. left mess of nails all over where my kids & dogs are in danger.. left old torn out materials with nails in them . would have have been 2 1/2 days because he went off on a another job in middle of mine without saying that in beginning. Upped his price at after he gave me a quote.. will never use him again.

"An honest review would've been great, I never used an extension cord of yours, never asked for a leaf blower, yes I used your water hose, but I wrapped it back up nice and neat like it was in the package, quotes do come up however I asked you over the phone if it was okay to go by the quote then come over which you said yes, yes I did forget to get 3 pieces of wood out of the backyard, you got all the task done you wanted to be done except one. Told me your driveway was the average 4 square that needed to be washed and it was triple that size so yea the price went up,(gave an estimated price over the phone)."
