Well Built Contractors completed a major 2 story addition onto our home in 2019. We added a master bedroom, master bath and a family room. In addition, we did a complete kitchen renovation, remodeled the existing 2 bathrooms and freshened up the all other rooms in the house... we have a completely new home! This was our first experience with adding on to our home. We met with Don a number of times before we signed the contract and he even came out to meet with us and our architect to make sure we were all on the same page (regarding what we hoped for and what we could afford). Don and his team were wonderful - they were on schedule and always working! The project took about 4 months - that's from the first shovel in the ground to the final inspections. Don is easy to work with, he is onsite daily, always reachable by phone and his team is prompt, conscientious, thorough and friendly. Don gave us great recommendations for vendors (tile, countertops, carpeting, etc.) and he made sure we were getting everything we needed on a time and at a good price. Often projects like this can get out of control budget wise, but Don was on top of everything - he always was up front about additional costs for anything outside the scope of the plans/contract as well as how any changes would affect the overall timeline. As issues arose (and they did) he was always onsite to walk us through the issue and would have multiple solutions for us to choose from. I am sure we drove Don and his team crazy at times, but they never showed it. We are very pleased with the end results and would recommend Well Built Contractors to anyone doing a home renovation.

I contracted Well Built Contractors to build a great room of approximately 18 x 22, with a full finished basement below. Everything was handled professionally and with quality. Anything that came up was addressed, especially during some of the snow and heavy rain we had. Don told me it would take 3 months and that's what it took, adding about a week or so for the bad weather. It looks great and I will use Well Built again when I have another project.

Well Built worked diligently and effectively on project to completion with several different sub contractors to finish job in a timely manner. He tolerated many changes and made recommendations that were appreciated. His full time hired workers did very little cleanup daily and some work was sloppy, the sub-contracted work was done well for the most part.

We contracted with Well Built to renovate our bathroom which was over 80 years old. The bathroom had to be gutted, new pipes installed, electricity and all new fixtures. We are a family of 6 and thankfully have two bathrooms but as you can imagine, 6 people cannot share one small bathroom. We asked the owner, Don Delli, if he could adhere to a 3 week timeline. He provided a competitive estimate and promised to have the job done in 3 weeks unless something unforeseen happened. The Well Built team was in our house 7 days a week working on our bathroom. They were all very courteous and tried their best to allow us to go about our daily routine. As you can imagine, the house becomes extremely dusty and unorganized during construction, but the Well Built team cleaned up after themselves each day and took every precaution to keep the dust and elements from spreading to the rest of the house. Our brand new bathroom was finished within 3 weeks and it was better than we ever imagined. It is a totally different bathroom. We had asked Don and his crew to try to re-install our antique shower door. We did not think this was possible but this request was also completed without any issues. Don and the Well Built team are the best and we will certainly use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

Last year we had exterior of our house done. It involved new siding and stonework, exterior door and storm door replacement among other things. Don was always great about addressing any concerns or questions. The house was transformed and have received compliments from neighbors and people just walking by. He always returned phone calls promptly.

After contracting with Well Built Contractors I was impressed with the speed and attentiveness given to my project from start to finish. All additional work orders were informedly discussed and fairly priced. Also punch list items were completed and warranties were given satisfactorily. At the time my husband and i were living in the house while it was being renovated, which was very difficult. The crew worked around us and got the work completed in a really short time. Literally, we signed he contract around March of 2008 and the house was completed by July; and we practically built an entirely new home. Couldn't have been more pleased with the work..

They did a new roof for me after a fire. 120' x 60' roof. Recently they added a 3rd floor to the building. High quality craftsmanship work. The best price among other estimates. Excellent workmanship and quality work. Met time frame. Did the design, framing, electrical and plumbing work . I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again in the future for future projects.
