Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
Pros 1) Floor was installed and garbage taken away. 2) Price Cons 1. Want payment after 95% work is complete and will not return to finish up job or return phone calls or emails once paid in full. 2. Items can get broken with no reimburesment so remove fragile items. 3. Damage to new hardwood floors becuase there's no mats to put heavy equipment on. 4. Missing wallboard trim in a couple rooms. 5. Project may be delayed because there's only two workers. If one is out the other has to do work grudgingly. 6. No final receipt

Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
Chris took on a tough job. WE had contracted with another company to install hardwood floors and refinish the already installed hardwood floors and to remove old carpeted stairs and replace them with oak stairs and new risers. They messed up the job very badly. Chris cam in removed the old oak steps, risers and installed new steps and risers with no spaces between the skirt board and steps and risers. Did a great job.
