My experience with Well Done Moving was not the best. I have used other moving companies in the past and this was my worst experience with hiring movers. Would not recommend them. We had rented two Pods to help move all our boxes and furniture quickly; however, not everything fit. We hired Well Done Moving to help move big items and some remaining furniture from our old house. The two movers arrived late and were working slow to load their truck. They did not wear any face covering or gloves. One of them mentioned to the other that he was hungover from the night before. They required a lot of supervision and direction to stay on task and not be on their cell phones. One of the workers put a hole in my wall and told his supervisor that I asked him to move something extra (not true), which is why the accident happened. When I spoke Chris, his supervisor, he accused me of being dishonest and did not take ownership of the mistake. It was upsetting to me and showed poor customer service. Be careful with hiring this company. You do not know what kind of workers you will get and end up paying a lot for damaged property. Also, Lindsey and Calli are great in the office, but the agreed work order is not communicated to the rest of the team.

After three separate appointments, we now have WiFi at our "new" home in Long Beach. Still waiting to get TV/Cable. If you are looking to move, we were very pleased with Well Done Movers (https://g.page/WellDoneMoving?gm)--their price, their packing (took two trucks even with downsizing in Fresno), and the quickness of their work. They took care in loading, helping with some of the packing, and taking upstairs (one flight) what we needed there. If you mention my name (Howard Watkins), you will get a $50 reduction (we also get a bonus, too)! However, regardless of the bonus, we highly recommend them. Move from Fresno to Orange County. If you're looking for a moving company that's as good as it's word, this is the one! From my first contact with Lindsay for estimates to saying good bye to the movers after moving everything into the storage unit, 100% professionalism. Taking care of paperwork was quick, simple and easy - everything done by email/text/phone, The movers showed up on time, loaded in record time and arrived to the storage facility within 30 minutes of our arrival. I'm so impressed with these guys - I think this may have been the easiest move on record - at least for me. You bet I'll be using their services again!

Moved to area and needed help unloading uhaul. The office staff was able to easily work with my schedule which was lovely as was a quick decision to come here. The movers showed up on time and worked swiftly but carefully. They unloaded and set up my 3.5 bedroom house much faster than I thought possible. When I move again someday I will 100% use this company to do it!

Moving can be a very anxious and emotional experience. I can t say enough or give enough praise to the 4 gentleman that helped us move. They were extremely polite and respectful and obviously knew how to professionally move a grand piano and very large antique armoire. They were more than willing to accommodate what we needed done and offered excellent advice. We will be moving in a year to a newly built home and plan on hiring these movers again. They even have an eye for furniture placement. Highly recommended!

The guys were great and did an awesome job

These guys are awesome! We were drawn to them since they have a ton of good reviews on Yelp, Google, and HA. So we hired them to move furniture from one home to another and they showed up on time, they communicated the goals of the move before they began, and finished on-time. We've had some bad experiences with other moving companies in the past so I'm so glad we found WDM! I'd highly recommend them!
