I rate this company five stars for several reasons. Their offer to clean a sizable yard (at least 1/4 acre) of leaves was more than reasonable. The customer service was outstanding, with follow up to us to ensure we were satisfied with their work BEFORE they left the premises. Both my husband and I were very pleased with Jordan's professionalism and courteous manner. We will definitely use their services in the spring.

Mr. Jordan of Well-Kept Lawns was professional and courteous. The speed at which the job was completed was phenomenal. The cost of the job was reasonable. I will continue to work with Well-kept-Lawns for this season and during other seasons in which their services are required.

Jordan promptly returned my message & met with me for an estimate the same day. My job included clean up, removing dead plants & shrubs. transplanting a couple of shrubs, weeding, edging, reviving beds and mulching. He & assistant arrived just before the agreed upon time 3 days later & immediately went to work. The temp & weather deteriorated over the day but Jordan refused to halt & return another day. This team worked for 9+ hrs (with a short lunch break) & completed all work. I'm very impressed with Jordan's work ethic, professionalism and skill & I plan to have him return as needed. I gladly recommend him.

I hired Well-Kept Lawns to remove the leaves in my yard. Mr. Jordon gave me a reasonable estimate for the work that was going to be done and the next day I decided to hire him. They were prompt and it only took them a couple of hours to finish the job. I will call them again when I have other lawn care needs.

Outstanding service! Reliable, efficient and precise. They really do make a lawn look well manicured and even bag up the cuttings to be picked up as trash. They are the best team I've ever hired to keep my lawn and I'll renew the contract in the spring, for sure. Vaughn Jordan is especially nice, polite, and helpful. It's a pleasure to work with him, setting up the contract and planning the job. He makes it easy, even for someone with impaired vision. You can't beat their kind of service and the price is quite reasonable.
