Rick, the owner of Wellco was terrific. He was responsive to our needs, very courteous, extremely professional, an a pleasure with whom to work. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with our water well pump in two days. The other service providers we contacted could not even visit our home to diagnose our well water pump problem for 4-5 days. We will definitely use Wellco again in the future for any additional work on our water well system and, in the near future, will have Rick install a decorative fountain in one of our front flower beds. Honest people are hard to find in today's world, trust me i have met many of shady people. Rick Davis came out and at first i thought it was a switch but it turned out to be my pump. Rick made the effort to trouble shoot the problem with me. I know others would just have just came out and took my money. my well was fixed in a day and i am very happy with their service. Excellent service and workmanship

I called Wellco for service on my small backyard waterfall which had a leak in rubber liner, Rick came over on time and did a great job, it did not take him long to find the problem, fixed it and explained what he found. I would recommend him to my friends.

The workmanship, customer service, and prompt follow up to calls made the experience so worthwhile. We were given a visit prior to installation of fountain, given a printed estimate of the job prior to the job, and provided with experienced excellent installation. We could not be more satisfied with the company and Rick Davis. Customer service is important to us and he has proven it is a big objective of this family owned company. Would refer to friends and family without hesitation .

I called them on a Sat. morning and they were out by lunch. They found and fixed the problem. Service was fantastic, they were patient in explaining how it all worked. I was very impressed. They were punctual, quick with the work, and the smiles. Family owned and operated since 1935. The grandfather, then the father, and now the two sons. I met both as they replaced my well pump. I have every confidence in them and will be using them again when I have issues. I'd recommend them highly.
