    He was professional. He even told me that I didn't need a new hose. I said I wanted one that was my own. I spent the extra few hundred dollars because I wanted to!! I admire his honesty which is very hard to come by.

    It' s a family business and they treat you with respect. They came on time, found the problem and quickly installed a new central vacuum system. A real pleasure to work with them.


    They took advantage of a super senor in this time of tragedy, Sent me a bill for annual maintenance instead of service call. Gave me a ridiculous price to replace my hose. Tried to gauge me as much as possible whenever possible. I would certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone.

    Great work, fast response, and moderately high cost but fair. Update: First use of system 2 wks after work done cleaning woman used central Vac stated hardly any suction in upstairs. When tech was out he did not test all Vac connections I was with him at time, so I saw what he did. He did find broken pipe in attic and repaired that then out the door. I called company spoke with office person about issue and requested they investigate further to make sure broken pipe was only issue. Was told they have to talk to technician who was out that day. he called later stating he did check every connection in house a fact I dispute as I was there watching him work and stated since 2 wks past would have to pay for another visit to evaluate ( if he missed something else the first time. I stated I could call the office he stated they said since 2 weeks would have to pay again. FORGET IT.

    once this review was filed, Wellington Vacuum performed follow up service at no charge. it was determined that all ports functioned properly and external equipment needed replacement. thank you Mike
