My house is 30 years old, pier and beam construction. There were cracks in the sheetrock, nail pops, and interior doors weren't closing properly. A couple years ago I tried using some local help and they tried to jack and shim the existing piers. That was just a band-aid. I called Ryan, and after discussing my situation over the phone, he drove 90 miles on a Saturday to crawl under my house and evaluate my situation. Ryan gave me a detailed proposal, which more than doubled the number of floor supports under my house. When the job was finished, I had rock solid, level floors. Almost all the cracks in the sheetrock were closed, and the interior doors were working correctly. They also installed a new plastic vapor barrier, and addressed any issues they saw with my a/c ducting. I should be good now for another 30 years. And they cleaned up their mess, and didn't trash my yard.
