I had Welt Demolition demolish an inground pool and and the deck and fill it in for me so that I can get a sunroom built. Jimmy came out, told me what he would do, gave me a price and a timeline. I agreed and he did exactly what he said he was going to do within the timeframe. Cleaned up the site afterwards and I could not be happier. Great work by a reputable company!

Welt Demolition did a great job removing about 1000 feet of wooden picket fence from the property. The job was out of the ordinary because the entire fence was lined with welded wire fencing. Chris and his dad Jimmy arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and were meticulous in carrying out my requests. They filled all post holes with dirt and then ran a magnet the length of the fence to remove any nails. I highly recommend this company.

As far as the work , they removed the house but they got into my septic tank after me telling them that I was planning to put a manufactured home there.. So now I am having to spend an extra 4800.00 for a new septic tank on top of the purchase price of the manufactured home.... They removed the house and slab but failed to level the spot where the slab was and pick up the trash and debris left behind

Jimmy and his son Chris did an awesome job on filling the swimming pool.I told Jimmy how I would like for it to be when they got done, I told him I would like for it to be prepped for sod at a later date, and him and his son did just that. They both were very professional and they left the yard looking great. I would recommend him to anyone else because he does quality work. I would also like to say that they did the work in a very timely manner, it was done quicker than I could have imagined. Welt Demolition is the company to call for your demo needs.

Friendly and punctual. I had them take down an old rusty metal shed and they took the time to run a magnet over the ground to pick up any loose screws/nails, etc. I had some old fencing behind the shed I asked them if they would take that away also if they had room and they did.

Demolished an old house for me. He did a great job in a very timely matter. Overall a very good and knowledgeable worker when it comes to demolition.
