About us

I'm a native of Charlotte, NC and have been an appraiser since 2001. I'm a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and I'm also FHA approved. I have been performing appraisals now for 22 years. I have extensive experience in foreclosures, new construction, executive homes and complex properties. I am certified with several major lenders as a complex property appraiser and specialize in properties on and around Lake Norman which range over $5,000,000. I am also a licensed NC real estate broker. Currently I service Iredell County, north Mecklenburg County including Huntersville, Cornelius & Davidson, portions of Cabarrus and Rowan County and Catawba, Terrell & Sherrill’s Ford in Catawba County, as well as Denver in Lincoln County. My company provides appraisals for the purpose of refinance, PMI release, purchases, home equity, estate valuation, real estate tax disputes and assistance in pricing properties for sale as well as a variety of other uses.
