extremely expensive. The plumber himself was very nice, polite and clean. However, in addtion to the leaking toilet I needed repaired, I also needed a minor repair done on my shower in having a diverter replaced. They didn't have the part with them. I ended up having my neighbor repair it and saved myself $200 more! The replacd 2 parts in my toilet and charge me 415$ and tried to get me to do other repairs that weren't necessary but didnt fix the 3 things I had called for.

Terrible communication and very expensive.

Communication was clear and professional. Our water heater was replaced in a timely manner and workmanship was neat and orderly. Researched several sources for pricing and found them to be in the mid-range. However, it was still expensive and $300 more than Home Depot. While they boasted of a higher quality water heater than Home Depot's GE brand, the warranty on the heater was same . On the flip side, they offered a warranty on labor that others did not and a special Wells Fargo Visa Home Improvement card with 0 interest for the next year. Since we were also faced with additional repairs, both items were deciding factors.

While you're on hold the company voicemail says they'll leave your home as clean as when the arrived. Not so with our experience. They did as much damage as repair. When I inquired about it with the mgmt, they agreed to repair the damage only after I had to put on my "debating hat". I also had to do the footwork to get the siding repairman to come out. He gave a bid of $325. Wentworth Mgmt got them to lower to $275. MGMT called me to say they were going to pay for it, but then only sent me a check for $250.
