I hired this company in September 2021, gave them my 50% with contracts signed. Then from there was given the run around about materials not coming in and then no responses after that. Phone number changed, saying he will show up and never does. So sad he took my money and ran. Heard the owner Keith bought himself a new home, probably with all the money he has scammed from people. Please beware, after further review he did this in GA, and now doing it here, probably going to change company names and going to do it again.

Company was given 50% down for stone patio project, $1500. Never completed, owner quit communication and I found pavers were never paid for by Keith. Beware. Look at bbb.org and other reviews and civil complaints.

We hired Werx through Quinton in August of 2021. October 2021 our pavers came in and Quinton was out. Keith Franklin took over and every week had a different excuse for not being able to do the job. It is now February 2022 and he has stopped contacting me. The worse experience I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company they will take your money and run

They took our money in July and never did any work. Was due to be completed in October. $6,000+ out of pocket that we will have to sue for because they refuse to refund. This company is a complete scam, and have used every excuse in the book on why work is not completed. The owner of the company has completed stopped communicating. Unprofessional lying thieves.

Werx Outdoor Living (recommended by a a manufacturer for local porcelain pavers install) took our 50% deposit to redo our backyard pavers and ran with it. Contact signed in July, and our last communication with the owner Brandon was in November when he responded with the text that he had COVID. They were supposed to start the project in October, but Keith kept delaying by saying they ordered the wrong material. Last Sunday we found out that we are the Victims of Fraud as he scammed many many families locally, took the deposit money as a down payment for his personal new home and now is out of money to fulfill the orders and work promised. He has not responded to texts or calls for 2 months now. We are still hopeful that we can get the project completed or get our money back even though it doesnt look promising. Business beware! Do not give them your money.

Sorry Werx, I had not had a chance to write this review and I really want to say a great big thank you to Quentin, Allen and Doug and the rest of your crew for making my patio dream come true. Before you, I had 3 other companies that talked to me to discuss my project. Once I met with Quentin, I was sold. He listened to my plan and advised me with their expertise. I got a itemized plan and a 3D picture of my design. The work that was done by Doug and his team was excellent. With any project things can change along the way and they helped me get extra steps added to the patio project as this I needed at the end of the project. Allen answered all my questions along the way when I had a concern or needed an update. My patio is beautiful! Thank you Werx. You all are really Great people, God bless you and the work you do. Remained engaged start to finish, provided professional technical support when needed. Oversaw the process on site through conclusion to ensure we were satisfied with the results. Quality product along with a knowledgeable and courteous workforce that delivers quality results.

I hired them for two separate projects. First was pavers and outdoor kitchen for our pavilion. Second was to widen our driveway. Very punctual and helpful with design ideas. Highly recommend

Showed up on time, got the job done fast, and looked exactly how we envisioned.

Still waiting... 8 months and counting for Werx to correct issues on the pool deck. A 3-year workmanship warranty means nothing if they never show up to correct issues they created... They keep sending people out to look and agree there is an issue, only to be put out of mind once they eave, requiring multiple follow-up attempts to actually set a date to fix it. Perhaps when someone injures themselves tripping on drains, placed in high walk zones, missing more than a few connection pieces that keep them flat... or through the water that collects during rain in a sloped bowl created in the area at the bottom of stairs, they will wish they had corrected the issue. We would gladly have rated higher initially, but project issues, customer service, honoring a warranty, and follow-through need improvement.

We WERX to pave the driveway, patio, lanai, and sidewalk. In the beginning, the communication went very well but slid off towards the end of the project. 1.They used bargain sand to complete an over 20k job; within 2 weeks there was mold between the cracks. If you use this vendor insist on them using POLYMERIC Sand. I requested they remove the bargain sand and they ask me to purchase the POLYMERIC sand. Granted after talking to both owners they finally sent a contractor out to wash the mold out and I have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks. 2. WERX had to run a pipe under the pavers, that was fine but left a trash bag around the gutter as the adapter to the pipe. 3. Once the paver was installed, the work did not look like a finished product, with broken concrete, and an unfinished landscape. We had to pay extra to replace sod and repair the unfinished landscape. Please, request an itemized invoice of the work to be completed. I must say, the designer was a pleasure to work with, very patient and understanding during the design part of the project.

As a retired construction manager, I am adept at hiring qualified contractors. WERX was cost competitive and the quality of their work was very good. They were on time and on schedule.

Wow just beautiful new driveway! The neighbors drive by and stop they back up to tell me what a incredible job they did.

Look no further!! After obtaining quotes from several companies in the Jacksonville area, WERX distinguished themselves from their competition, in all areas. Mike had great ideas for our patio extension and WERX was receptive to our ideas and input. Great communication throughout the process, high professionalism and attention to detail, and a fair price. WERX is top notch. Professional delivery, install and cleanup. No complaints whatsoever. I will recommend WERX to anyone seeking a hardscaping project. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Easy to work with thru design and installation. Came back to repair a couple of issues, such as broken sprinkler pipe, in a timely fashion and with quality workmanship.

WERX ROCKS!!! We recently needed some paver work, so we visited Angieâ s list to locate a reputable company. We filled out some details and clicked on several providers that looked promising and waited to be contacted. Werx was one of the first companies to respond and they were quick to give us a rough estimate over the phone. Within a few days Keith came out to measure and shortly after that his crew showed up to work. Even though our work was near their minimum job size, they treated us like kings. His crew was fast and professional. They kept the jobsite clean throughout the entire process. They gave us a fair price and impeccable work. We would recommend Werx to anyone needing paver work.
