Geoff was fantastic. He charged me the original quote even though he had to come out twice. Not his fault. The septic tank had to be pumped before he could complete the job. Worked very fast. Very nice man.

At first, the job was not finished. I still have water coming up in my basement. The good part about this is that I was able to reach him. He told me he’s gonna be here at a certain time. He was here a certain time and he finished the job and that I like very much.

They did a great job

Came on one day notice on a Sunday with no extra charge and cleared out a clogged drain. It was not an easy job but it is a flat rate for the service and they did not up charge.

The plumber responded to my request promptly and kept me informed as the when they would be to my home. They snaked out the kitchen sink drain which was totally blocked. They also told me about a pipe that was starting to leak, so I asked them to fix that too and they did. I told my girlfriend what a good job they did and she said she will call them when she has a plumbing job instead of her current plumber who was hard to get a hold of and you don't know when they're coming.

They are an awesome company. They were very proud nice and the price was very very reasonable. If anybody want to go to them I highly recommend you go to this company. I will work with them again.

Did an EXCELLENT job. Very professional !!!

West Water & Sewer cleared the polyurethane foam that had been recently injected into downspout drain. It took them only 45 minutes. I am totally satisfied with their work.

I needed my main drain cleaned out. I received a call within 10 minutes of my request. The response time was so fast I was not ready. I had to call them back to set up the time for the visit. Arrived on time and completed the work extremely fast. It was an excellent experience and very affordable. I will recommend and use them again, if need be.

really impressive equipment. best price I found for a 4 inch sewer drain. Were able to do the job 2 hours after I called. I even gave the helper guy a $20 tip over requested bill payment!. He had a tattoo of that machine on his upper right arm!!!

Very excellent service. Have been a month cleaning up sewage after having it cleaned 3 times. I believe Mr West got it done right. Very easy to deal with and even showed up 10 minutes early. How many never showed and the ones that did I believe were scammers. Thanks again Mr West and thank you Angie for offering his service.
