Contractor had insulation and drywall put up before roof was finished. We had alot of water damage. He didn't want to replace wet insulation or damaged drywall. He never glued the subfloor so the whole floor creaks. They didn't wipe off any of the dirt on the siding before installing and now the whole outside of the house is stained. He a yes man says he'll take care of whatever you ask of him but doesn't do any of it. If I had to do it all over again I would not have hired him.
