Wes and his crew repaired our home after significant water damage. They repaired or replaced drywall, replaced flooring, installed ceramic tile and painted rooms and ceilings. All work was done professionally and timely. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Wess was extremely professional. He arrived on time and was very proficient and finished the job a full day earlier than he had estimated. He met me at the tile store and gave me recommendations and suggestions on what floor tile would work best for my space. I will hire him and his crew again for another project I'm contemplating.

I really wish I could write a better review. I am extremely disappointed with the my tile install. I paid a significant amount of money and am left with scratched tile. Wess' Home improvement was prompt with emails and did arrive early. The problem was the install. I had glass subway tile installed. I ask multiple questions prior to install and asked to ensure the contractor was comfortable working with glass tile. Unfortunately when they put the grout in the scratched a majority of the tiles. I did not notice the scratches right away, but once I did I emailed Wess' immediately. He came back out to fix some messy grout areas but did not fix the scratches. He said it was the sand in the grout that scratched the tiles. I wish he would of mentioned this risk prior. There are also areas where they cut the tile that grout seeped through. The frustrating thing is the most visible section of my kitchen is the most scratched. The finish product is not as I expected. I hate to have to write this, but I did not have a good experience.

Wess and his crew did a great job remodeling our bathroom. He pays attention to the details, and it shows! My bathroom looks great! We only have one shower in the house, so they did the work for us as fast as they could, even working through the whole weekend. I appreciate their professionalism and the high quality of their work.

One of the most professional and competent contractors we have ever hired. Courteous, on time and on budget. I can not say enough positive things about Wess and the job he did. We are going to hire him again this spring.

I was satisfied with Wess's work, granted it cost me an additional $1000 above his original quote...until, the corners of 2 tiles cracked. He came out to look at the damage and agreed to repair the cracks. One of the cracks happened on his watch because the crack has grout around it as if to cover it up. The second crack happened because "there wasnt enough glue put down on the corner", as Wess stated. Unfortunately I did not catch this when I stroked him his check. He "guarantee's" his work for 10 years, but has failed to return my calls after failing to show up when he said he would. I have deducted a star for each attempt. Sorry, Wess.

Wes was extremely prompt, and extremely informative when he came by to provide a quote. He assured that he would be installing the tile himself, and I could tell from the discussion that he would be very detail oriented and do a good job. Wes was flexible with scheduling, and got my tile backsplash job installed and grouted in the same day. The work looks great and we cant wait to hire him again to complete our master bath renovation soon.

Prior to hiring Wess' Home Improvements, my husband and I had done our research for months and took our time hiring who we thought would be the best contractor. After reviewing 3 other contractors, Wes gave us the best quote. Not only that, he was very personable, passionate and knowledgeable of what he does for a living and what we wanted done. I am very specific and pay extremely close attention to details. Wes assured us he could manage the many cuts necessary to complete the herringbone design I desired with 2x8 white porcelain tile in our kitchen, as I was going for a modern clean look. To my amazement, Wes not only delivered the completion of our backsplash in the time he said he would, the finished product was astonishing! It was everything I had hoped for and more. I couldn't be happier and have since referred him to a few of my friends and plan to hire him in the near future when we finish our bathroom in our basement.
