Project was to rework hall closet and cabinet in hallway. slowed down on confusion on doors from his sub contractor. I gave him a satisfactory on overall painting and workmanship. Took i little longer to finish . I felt like he was always up front during the project. Gave me the option to call him back on any issues with painting. I feel like he did and his sub a good job on what we specified

The wood width on the deck was not correct. Too thin! The steps did not pass inspection. He aggressively demanded payment before work was completed. They did the flashing on the roof wrong it leaked water. Essentially we had to pay twice to finish the deck. We were left with no rails,fans, electrical that was in the contract. and damaged roof! He put cheap product on our kitchen counter top the fabricators left a huge mess all over the cabinets and floor, painter did a shabby job on the cabinets also over spray on the flooring. The cut out for the cook top was incorrect. Almost could not use. The hole was too big. The spec were give. The worker was once. Wes uses unlicensed workers. He uses your money to fund other jobs. He also did not pay his workers. We had to pay him and extra just to have stars for our second story deck. Wes is a nightmare! Run as fast as you can! I believe he is a thief and liar. Worst experience we have ever had. We spoke with a attorney and considered suing him for the terrible job and the cost of fixing his shoddy work and unfinished job. Texas does not protect homeowners from crooks like this. Hire someone who has integrity and knows what hes doing. Someone who hires unlicensed workers. He takes advantage of their status. By not paying them and low wages. He uses the **Veteran card** to get business. Dont fall for it! You will be sorry. All of this is 100% absolute truth. There is more I can write. but I think you get my point.

I will definitely hire them for my next project. Very reliable, timely, neat, polite, professional, and fair price.

Wess Painting and More did an excellent job of repairing our home, inside and out. We are well pleased.

We remodeled our whole house. The professionalism in this project was above par. I was amazed at the attention to detail, even at the smallest level. I am so happy with the results. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Daniele is so talented (she listens) and Wess is a perfectionist at all levels. The artisans that worked on my house were all a wonder. I have my dream home because of them. I would use them again.

Inspect each phase of the work being performed. Construction of an enclosure out of French doors for stairwell. Very well done. Painting, however, was very poorly done. No sanding or prep was done prior to painting. Paint was applied over trash on the surfaces . The painter was a young man who I believe had either no or very limited experience. Did not pad ladders and punched holes in the sheet rock and gouges in the new wood panels. Entire project will now have to be re sanded and repainted by another company at an additional high cost due to being labor intensive.

The project was completed professionally and without any issues. I highly recommend Wess Painting & More.

Wess was punctual, professional, and always presented his quotes in writing. The quote was fair, and he never overpromised when workers would arrive to begin. Once work started, it was completed within time-frame given, he came and personally inspected the work several times during project, and at the end. The quality of the work was excellent. We had one bathroom remodeled, wood-like laminate flooring laid through whole house, and popcorn treatment removed off ceiling. I highly recommend Wess and his crew.

The contractor only showed up twice, once to redo the contact, sign and collect the deposit, then to collect the final payment. No one was there to oversee the worker. I was told that they would be at my house to start each day at 9 am, that didn't happen. After the "work" was complete the first time, here's what was wrong: 1. No water from the shower and 2. Water faucet on the tube was loose when I switched to the shower mode and water was coming from where it connected to the wall. After the second trip, to fix the above issues, it didn't seem to have been correct at all. Here what happen next: 1. The issue with the faucet on the tube were not fixed. 2. The shower repairs were worst, now water was leaking from within the wall and into the garage below. I was not home at that time but this went on for over 2 hours before I could turn the water off to the house until it could be repaired, over 17 hrs. I notice that when I ran the shower the water was puddling on the far side of the drain away from the shower head. After they came to fix this issue, I notice that they covered half the drain and water was puddling on the other side this time. I ask someone to come in and take a look just in-case I missed something. Here's his feedback: These are the imperfections that I have found from both showers that were completed. I strongly advise you to have it re- done ASAP. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. I have 18 years experience in this field and I haven't seen this poor craftsmanship ever before. 1. The tile installed in both restrooms is not leveled vertical nor horizontal, 2. The tile was not installed with the same size spacers which caused a variety of different size grout joints 3. The tile was not installed flushed nor plumed throughout both restrooms which shows a wavy effect, 4. The recessed niche did not have a slope on the bottom shelf which will cause a water leak and will cause mold, 5. The recessed niche, window ledge, and curb has a raw cut edges used as a finish which will cause bodily injury, 6. The window ledge have cracks from the tile to the window frame, which will cause water leaking behind the tile and will cause mode, 7. The walk in shower floor is not sloped correctly to the drain which creates a puddle in the right hand corner. 8. The tile was installed directly to the sub floor without using any kind of underpayment to bond to the plywood which will break up immediately and has started already. These are the imperfections that I have found from both showers that were completed. I strongly advise you to NOT use either bathroom and have it re- done ASAP. Wes and his staff are very professional and trustworthy. They expanded a couple of closets and did a wonderful job. Very affordable and finished on time. I would highly recommend them for any project you have.
