West Bay Spa Service came out to clean my pool after a tree-trimming dumped leaves and dirt in the pool. They were prompt, courteous, and had reasonable rates.

David did a very professional job on my Spa

I can't be happier. I had a pool guy that was incosistent and unresponsive. It got to a point where my pool turned green. Yes, I had a green pool and a pool guy. How did that make any sense? Well, I found David and I can't be any more satisfied. David responsed to my reqeust right away and within three days he had my pool back to normal. David is very professional, high energy, and takes care of my pool as if it was his own. He is super responsive via text, which is my best way of communicating. Additionally, I have dogs and I was worried how David with do with them and vice versa. But needless to say my dogs took to David right away and they welcome him as a family member everytime he comes. Oh and did I mention that he is super consistent, which was a huge requirement of mine as I never want a green pool again. I highly recommend David.

Very professional. David showed up same day. He was very knowledgeable about my green pool and turned it around super fast and kept a close eye on it via text. He went above and beyond and did Internet searches on products I mentioned and helped me make proper choices. He is now going to service my pool and spa on a normal basis. I'm so grateful for home advisor and for this company. I'm back swimming and enjoying this southern Cali weather!!!!! 10 stars!!!!

They were courteous and up front., best of all there was no contract..Another pool service asked to sign a one year contract and would not service pool during end of year holidays.
