I initially asked one of the larger companies in town to check out the problem I had with the AC starting and stopping. They told me I had a refrigerant leak and it would cost upwards of $3000 to repair it and recharge the system. They suggested I replace the entire furnace and AC system as it is about 15 years old. Called Westchester Heating and Air conditioning for a second opinion. They found a bad capacitor on the outside unit for the AC. They had the part with them, made the repair in just a few minutes. Checked the refrigerant level which was fine. They saved me literally thousands of dollars. Outstanding service!

AC broke over Labor Day weekend. Jeff arrived on Labor Day to find the problem which was the blower within the furnace. Unfortunately, Carrier warehouse was closed for the holiday. Jeff picked up the part on Tuesday morning, completed repairs and by 10:30AM, the AC was working! Thank you Jeff

Jeff Flynn came out on a Saturday morning when my furnace went out and it was 24 degrees. He did not charge emergency/weekend rates, arrived promptly, and efficiently fixed the problem. He came recommended by a neighbor, and I am very appreciative!

Jeff is an absolute professional. I rehab homes and have replaced many heating and air units. Jeff is one of my first calls starting a new project. I can always count on Jeff to get the job done! He is extremely knowledgeable and his work is very detailed. He is always willing to come out to a job sight no matter what day or time. I wouldn't recommend Jeff if customer service is a priority. He's short in replies, both voice and text. He leaves just as much to be desired in person. He didn't bother to take notes or even listen to what I had to say about my HVAC system not working. His service call price and response time was the only thing that got him in my door, but once he arrived--I couldn't wait to get him out. I told him that I have a newborn child (immunecompromised) in the house and he neglected to even consider mask wearing (which I'm fairly certain is a mandate at this point). I had to prompt him to do so which seemed like an inconvenience to him. He made rude comments the whole time he was investigating our furnace and seemed to miss obvious points. I was really hoping to give business to a local service, but given this experience I'll just stick with a larger company.

They were extremely easy to work with. I even had to text them that my power went out shortly before they were going to be here asking them to wait. When the power came back on, I texted them and they were here very shortly afterward. The job was quick and easy but they were awesome. Jeff and Ricky were friendly and fast. This is the second time I have used them for Air Conditioning issues and will continue to use them.

Jeff is great! We have worked with him for that past two years on our AC unit. Last month we had him install a new furnace and AC unit. Great price and service.

Came out same day we called and fixed leaking furnace quickly. Was knowledgeable and informative.

He came out quickly, but charged me $250.00 to replace a 10$ capacitor part. He was going to take cash for $200.00 or a check for $250.00 or 4% more for a credit card purchase. He did not even put the freon hoses on until I asked. Never mind cleaning the coils while he was here. This was a $100.00 call at best.

Jeff came to our home in 30 minutes. Wow! He was careful to find the source of our problem. He educated me about new systems because I asked, and I know that we'll need one soon. For now, he fixed our old one at a very fair price. Thank you.

We were very happy with the immediate response since we had no heat. Jeff was professional but friendly and helpful. He even helped us check the warranty coverage on our motor, saving the replacement cost.

I called 4 places to get a quote when our A/C unit went out. Jeff was the only one who called me back and was at my house in 20 mins to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately a new a/c unit was required, but he was very honest an upfront about what I needed. I checked with a family friend from Carrier who sometimes sells to Jeff and she gave me great reviews about him. I would agree. He was very efficient and honest to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs A/C or heat work.

I am working overseas and my wife contacted me when her office air stopped working during a heat wave. Obviously I couldn't help (until I come home for Christmas, anyway), so I told her to call Jeff. He arrived that night at her office, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired for her in a few hours for a very reasonable rate, and after hours. We have used Jeff for years and trust him for great service.

Jeff from WC reviewed our needs and explained the options. While we only needed to replace the AC, he explained the positives and negatives of just replacing the AC. Based on his explanation, we were able to select the best option for us. We choice to do both AC and Heating system replacement. While spending that much money was painful, his professionalism and quality of work makes us realize what a great decision we made in both contracting him to do the job as well as doing the replacement of both systems. Jeff was fair in all our dealings. He made every effort to repair my aged AC/heat pump, but it couldn't be done. He secured a quality replacement and installed it within days of the unit going out during the recent heat wave. Jeff and his crew were friendly, polite, and most importantly, very competent. They left no mess behind to deal with either. I recommend Jeff highly.

Called four places four emergency a/c repair on this "excessive heat day". Jeff from West Chester Heating and Air was the only one to call me back. Called prior to his advertised office hours and kept me posted during the day as to when he would arrive since it was a busy day for a/c repair. He was very honest and easy to work with.
