they up sold me on an expensive procedure, where they blasted air through the return to clean the actual HVAC system. This procedure broke the barometric bypass damper. Now I'm having to spend a lot to fix that. Just don't let them upsell you on this expensive process that doesn't really do anything.. only let them clean your vents and nothing else. I paid an extra $500 for them to break my system and now I'm spending close to $1000 to get it back to working order. I am not angry. I know exactly what happened and we're just like to inform the public.
