"Sheala thank you for the kind comments. It was wonderful working for you and John. We were hired in early November 2021 to start an exterior painting job on a 2-story home and detached garage. A cedar home that also required I believe it was 19 sheets of 4x8 siding replaced, and approx 400 linear feet of 1x4 trim molding. The weather forecast predicted about a 1-week window of opportunity. I brought in extra help to work and with LED lights we worked into the night. The job (schedule) took about an extra week because I made the team stop when temps reach certain lows. *** Even though paint manufacturer Sherwin Williams allows their paint to be applied in low temps (consult with them), my opinion is paint protects the client longer if applied / cures at higher temps (than their indicated lows). Always do what is best for the client. OR Do what I would do in my own home."

"During a storm, a couple large trees fell on Christine's elderly neighbors (90 year old lady) yard. Christine had a heart of Gold and contacted WestCo Contracting about coming out to cut the trees fully down, and into small pieces. SO yes, we also helped cleaning up the neighbors yard of all the debris (branches and leaves)."

"This one was a few years ago. New ceramic tile flooring, vanity & sink, toilet, and fixtures. The project really spruced up the main bathroom. It is always a pleasure working with John and his wife."

"Jeff thank you so much for the kind comments. It's been, and continues to be a pleasure working for you and your wife. Jeff and his wife just closed on a house in CLW II (my subdivision). He saw me and my team working on the exterior paint/siding replacement job (as noted in Sheala V Recommendations above). He engaged my company to install beautiful commercial-grade flooring in the entire 2-story home they just purchased (except for the bathrooms). We also installed all new base molding (and 1/4 round where they indicated). We demoed, and replaced new underlayment on most of the floor space, the installed the new flooring. Jeff then added on replacing all new door casings and hardware, along with a list of other small projects while we were there. This spring lets tackle replacing the exterior siding on your home and garage."

"Jason S. You and your family are awesome. Thank you so much for allowing us to work for you in beautifying your home. Jason lives up the street from Jeff R (see his recommendation above), and saw we were installing flooring and base molding, etc. Jason then hired WestCo Contracting to do install some vinyl flooring and base molding in their home too. Of course, then came the "Honey Do List" which I tell all my clients to put the list together of all the smaller projects you have and we will get to those too."
